I truly enjoyed the whole experience that this lovely steakhouse offers! The music was beautiful and non- intrusive, the atmosphere was casual and fun and the food and drinks were AMAZING ! The Old Fashion cocktail was smooth and delicious. Here at Gaucho's, the Ribeye was not only a high quality cut of beef, but was the best steak experience that I have ever known! I totally loved having each bite be literally cooked to my specific taste and level of heat as I put it in my mouth and savored the moment. I like my food hot and this is the only place I've ever been to where the last bite was just as perfect as the first! I will definitely be coming back here!! SondraClaire was attentive and charming, explaining exactly how to cook the steak to my specific taste. Five Stars!

This place has been on our list to go to for a while and finally found time to go last night. We came well after the dinner rush so they weren’t super busy. Waitress and bartender were attentive. Steak on the rock was very good. Whole table had fillets. They walk you through cooking it if it’s your first time. Kids had fun. Bartender makes a very good manhattan. It’s not an inexpensive meal, but I thought the prices were very reasonable for a steakhouse (for both the steak and my manhattan). Portions were generous and the steak was of good quality. Will go back.

Been waiting to try this and it didn’t disappoint. Went on a Tuesday and it was wonderful! We were met by Claire who was attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and we never felt rushed. We both decided to do “The experience”. Both chose filet mignon, one with mashed potatoes and one with Brussels sprouts. Delicious! Clair stayed with us showing how to use the rock and how long so that our meal was enjoyed from start to finish! We also enjoyed Malbec and Blue Moon mango. Get out and check this place out! Enjoy something new, and keep it local!!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Gauchos. We were in the area to run an errand and decided to stay for dinner. After a quick Google search we found Gauchos and was intrigued by the stone cooking experience. I ordered the Flamed Grilled Chicken filet and my husband ordered the 14oz Latin Seasoned Ribeye. Both were delicious! I also really enjoyed the flavors and texture of the rice side dish that accompanied both meals. If you enjoy your steak on the rarer side you may want to remove it from the stone (because it continues to cook on the hot stone, as you eat). What really made our meal shine was the Chimichurri - it was definitely special and absolutely delicious. Thank you for a great dinner!

We shared the fried cheese appetizer, each had the ribeye StoneGrill which was a new experience. The key lime tart was a small dessert . StoneGrill is your choice of meat brought out on a 750* rock and had salt in our case for the steaks. I was amazed at the quality of the meat. It was superb. I found the process of slicing a piece off, grilling it myself on the rock, and then letting it cool to be quite fun. Definitely come and have something in a new experience.

Absolutely loved this place. Way different than any other place I ever ate at. I got the 16oz ribeye with grill! Was really fun to be able to heat up my own steak to my liking. Carrots were amazing. Everything was just excellent. Our bartender was super sweet, funny, and very helpful. I highly recommend coming here!!

The staff greeted us warmly and seated us right away and took our drink orders while telling us the specials. Then when she returned with the drinks took out orders. The food came out timely and as described. Great food, great wait staff and the environment was warm and friendly. Will be back!
